We are seeking highly skilled operations, maintenance, engineering, HSE, and laboratory personnel with proven experience in upstream oil & gas facilities, production operations, commissioning, maintenance, and process optimization.

🎯 OPEN POSITIONS
Operations Department
🔹 Shift Supervisor
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPF Operations
• Strong leadership capabilities in startup, shutdown, and operational control
• Experience managing Permit to Work (PTW) systems
• Emergency response and incident management expertise
• Certifications Required: H₂S, Firefighting, Permit to Work
🔹 Control Room Operator (CRO)
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in DCS/SCADA operations
• Advanced understanding of process control logic and alarm management
• Experience with production monitoring and process optimization
• Training on Yokogawa, Emerson, or ABB control systems preferred
🔹 Field Operator (Senior/Junior)
• Minimum 5+ years of EPF or upstream production experience
• Skilled in equipment isolation, sampling, and line tracing
• Understanding of safe operating procedures and process safety
• Certifications Required: H₂S, Confined Space Entry, Process Safety
⚙️ Mechanical Department
🔹 Mechanical Technician
• Minimum 5+ years maintaining rotating and static equipment
• Experience with pumps, compressors, valves, piping systems, and maintenance activities
• Trade Certificate Required
• Rigging and lifting safety training preferred
🔹 Mechanical Supervisor
• Minimum 8+ years of maintenance supervision experience
• Shutdown planning and execution expertise
• Vendor coordination and contractor management experience
• API Certifications and Flange Management certifications preferred
⚡ Electrical Department
🔹 Electrical Technician
• Minimum 5+ years in LV/MV electrical maintenance
• Experience with MCCs, motors, switchgear, and cable termination
• Electrical Trade Certificate Required
• Arc Flash Awareness Training preferred
🔹 Electrical Supervisor
• Minimum 8+ years in supervisory electrical maintenance roles
• Experience developing maintenance strategies and conducting audits
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) expertise
• IEC and NFPA certifications preferred
🎛️ Instrumentation & Control Department
🔹 I&C Technician
• Minimum 5+ years of calibration and instrumentation maintenance experience
• Expertise in transmitters, analyzers, fire & gas systems, and control valves
• Skilled in loop testing and troubleshooting
• Instrument Technician Diploma Required
🔹 I&C Supervisor
• Minimum 8+ years of instrumentation and automation leadership experience
• DCS and PLC troubleshooting expertise
• Experience with FAT, SAT, loop checks, and commissioning support
• Strong team management skills
🧪 Engineering Department
🔹 Process Engineer
• Minimum 5+ years of EPF, upstream, or production operations experience
• Expertise in PFDs, P&IDs, process optimization, and chemical dosing systems
• Experience improving production efficiency and process performance
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering Required
🦺 HSE Department
🔹 HSE Officer
• Minimum 5+ years in site HSE operations
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and risk management
• Certifications Required:
- NEBOSH IGC
- H₂S
- First Aid
🔹 HSE Supervisor
• Minimum 8+ years in HSE leadership roles
• Extensive experience in HAZID, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety management systems
• NEBOSH Diploma (or Equivalent) Required
🧫 Laboratory Department
🔹 Lab Technician
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas laboratories
• Skilled in crude oil, water, and gas testing
• Familiarity with ASTM standards and laboratory procedures
• Technical Diploma in Chemistry or Related Field Required

✔ Previous Oil & Gas, EPF, Production Facility, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Upstream Experience
