📌 Current Openings:

1. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
Maintain and optimize MV & LV systems (substations, switchgear, UPS, generators, lighting). Supervise service providers, ensure safety, troubleshoot faults, support commissioning, and drive system reliability.
📌 Req: BSc in Electrical Engg, 4–6 yrs O&M exp, SAP/Maximo knowledge preferred.

2. 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, elevators. Supervise service providers, conduct inspections, support commissioning/upgrades, and ensure safety & reliability of mechanical systems.
📌 Req: BSc in Mechanical Engg, 4–6 yrs exp, SAP/Maximo preferred.

3. 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
Manage BAS, SCADA, fire alarms, VFDs, and low current systems. Supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and ensure compliance with standards.
📌 Req: BSc in Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engg, 4–6 yrs exp in low current systems.

4. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
Manage security systems (access control, monitoring, cybersecurity). Troubleshoot, conduct performance tests, coordinate with IT/vendors, and ensure system reliability.
📌 Req: Associate/Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engg, 5+ yrs exp, cybersecurity certifications preferred.

5. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭
Oversee overall security operations (access control, marine security, VIP visits). Manage staff, develop policies, conduct audits & risk assessments, and liaise with stakeholders.
📌 Req: Bachelor’s in Security/Management, 8+ yrs exp, leadership in security ops.

6. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
Supervise day-to-day service providers for security systems. Monitor KPIs, ensure SLA compliance, inspect systems, and manage spares.
📌 Req: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electronics/Electrical, 5+ yrs exp in maintenance/inspection.

7. 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧
Operate & maintain LSS for coral nurseries. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, ensure records & HSE compliance.
📌 Req: Diploma/Assoc. Engg, 3+ yrs exp with LSS/aquaculture systems, Middle East exp essential.

8. 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
Manage electro-mechanical systems (MCC, pumps, VFDs, AHUs, chillers) and support services (Janitorial, Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste). Drive performance, RCA, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
