🔹 Candidate Requirements:

Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably on international or remote projects.
Strong technical knowledge for supervisory and coordination roles.
Proven leadership and team management skills for supervisor-level positions.
Good organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Prior experience in Africa or remote site locations will be an advantage.
