🎯 Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC, FPSO, or FLNG industry.

✔ Mandatory experience in FPSO and/or FLNG projects.

✔ Strong background in project planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts administration, procurement, project execution, and commercial management.

✔ Proficiency in industry-standard project control tools such as:

• Primavera P6

• Microsoft Project

• SAP

• Cost Control Systems

• Project Reporting & Performance Analysis

✔ Experience with:

• EPC / EPCM Projects

• Offshore Construction

• Brownfield & Greenfield Developments

• Procurement & Contract Management

• Budgeting & Cost Forecasting

• Project Scheduling & Progress Monitoring

• Risk Analysis & Project Controls

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
