1. Operation & Maintenance Superintendent

2. Maintenance Supervisor

3. Mechanical Technician

4. Electrical Technician

5. Instrument Technician

6. Production Operator Area Supervisor 

7. Operators

1. Operation & Maintenance Superintendent requires CMRP certificate - Needs 1 person
2. Maintenance Supervisor requires a STTK Oil and Gas Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor certificate from BNSP - Needs 1 person
3. Mechanical Technician requires a STTK Oil and Gas Maintenance Technician I certificate from BNSP - 3 people
4. Electrical Technician needs a STTK Oil and Gas Oil and Gas Electrical System Technician certificate from BNSP - Needs 6 people
5. Instrument Technician requires an Oil and Gas STTK certificate for Instrumentation Equipment Technician from BNSP - Needs 3 people
6. Area Supervisor needs a Production Operator STTK certificate from BNSP - Needs 2 people
7. Operators need a Young Operations Oil and Gas STTK certificate from BNSP - It takes 6 people

Each of the above must have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering except for high school operators
