Supervise daily plant operations and production activities
Coordinate with operators and maintenance teams
Ensure smooth plant startup, shutdown, and process stability
Monitor safety, quality, and operational efficiency
Lead shift manpower and reporting activities

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of chemical plant experience
Strong leadership and operational coordination skills
Experience in peroxide / H2O2 plant will be an advantage

🖥️ DCS Operator

📌 Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plant systems through DCS
Control process parameters and plant alarms
Maintain production efficiency and process safety
Coordinate with field operators during plant operations

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of chemical plant experience
Strong knowledge of DCS systems and process operations
Experience in peroxide or continuous process plants preferred

⚙️ Field Operator

Monitor field equipment and production systems
Perform operational checks and troubleshooting
