QA/QC Test Pack Control Supervisor

I&C (Instrumentation & Control) Construction Engineer

📌 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:

Execute and supervise construction activities as per project specifications and timelines.
Ensure compliance with international standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and site management.
Review and interpret engineering drawings such as P&ID, Isometric Drawings, SLDs, and Layouts.
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain daily reporting.
Manage workforce, materials, and site resources effectively (for supervisory roles).
Support QA/QC procedures including inspections, documentation, and testing activities.

📌 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 & 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Construction projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory for Engineer roles).
Diploma or relevant technical certification for Supervisor positions.
Strong hands-on experience in electrical systems, piping installation, or instrumentation works.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, site execution, and commissioning support.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
Proven experience in team leadership, coordination, and site supervision.
Familiarity with international codes, standards, and HSE practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a multicultural environment.
