✅ Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred for engineering and supervisory positions)

✔ Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in the applied discipline

✔ Mandatory Offshore Oil & Gas or Offshore Marine experience

✔ Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

✔ Ability to work with multinational teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

✔ Strong understanding of Offshore HSE Standards, Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, and International Offshore Safety Procedures
